SHIPPING POLICY

At Eliana Shop, we strive to make delivery simple and convenient. Our shipping options are designed to give customers flexibility when choosing how they would like to receive their orders.

Please review the following information before placing your order.

1. Shipping Rates & Options

We offer three shipping options based on your order amount and delivery preferences.

2. Enjoy Free Shipping

Customers who place qualifying orders of $64.00 or more can enjoy free standard delivery.

For purchases totaling between $0.00 and $63.99, a flat Standard Shipping charge of $7.00 applies.

The amount required to qualify for free shipping is calculated based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

3. Faster Delivery Options

For customers who prefer an expedited delivery service, we also offer VIP Fast Shipping for $11.00, subject to availability at your destination.

Please note that VIP Fast Shipping applies to the selected delivery service. Normal order preparation and processing requirements still apply.

4. Order Preparation

After your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our order processing system.

During this stage, your items are prepared for shipment and the appropriate shipping arrangements are made.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and promotional events.

You will receive shipment information when your order has been dispatched, where available.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may differ based on your location and the shipping service selected.

Factors that may affect delivery include carrier schedules, destination, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, and unexpected transportation disruptions.

Any delivery estimate provided during checkout or through shipping notifications is intended for reference and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed arrival date.

6. Tracking Your Shipment

Tracking information will be provided when supported by the delivery service.

Please allow time for the carrier to register your package and update its tracking system after dispatch.

If tracking information is unavailable or your package has not shown any updates for an extended period, you may contact us for assistance.

7. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Before confirming your purchase, please check your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, and contact details.

If you discover a mistake after completing your purchase, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Although we will make reasonable efforts to assist, address modifications may not be possible once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

8. International Customs & Import Fees

Depending on the delivery destination, an order may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, local taxes, or additional government charges.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

International customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times.

9. Delayed or Missing Packages

We understand that waiting for a delayed delivery can be frustrating.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or your package appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number and any available tracking details.

Our support team will review the available shipping information and help determine the appropriate next steps.
